Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9 × 13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened.
Press the graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
Add the butterscotch chips.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the chips.
Scatter the chopped pecans across the coconut.
Slowly drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire surface.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are golden and the coconut has developed lightly toasted areas.
Remove from the oven and cool completely in the pan.
For cleaner slices, refrigerate the cooled bars for 30–60 minutes.
Lift the slab from the pan using the parchment paper.
Cut into 24 bars and serve.
