Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side. Remove from the pan.
Melt the butter and cook the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the apple cider, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, thyme, rosemary, cinnamon stick, and sliced apples.
Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the glaze thickens.
Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve with the apple cider glaze spooned over the chicken.
