Choose a large 16–18-inch round serving board.
Wash and thoroughly dry the fruit and rosemary.
Cut the Brie, cheddar, and Gouda into bite-sized pieces.
Loosely fold the salami and prosciutto.
Position 2–3 small bowls around the circular path of the wreath.
Add olives, honey or preserves, and dried fruit to the bowls.
Arrange clusters of cheese in a broad ring, leaving the center open.
Add small irregular clusters of salami and prosciutto.
Break the grapes into smaller bunches and distribute around the ring.
Add olives, dried cranberries, and small clusters of nuts.
Arrange crackers in several loose fans.
Check that the center remains clearly open.
Tuck rosemary sprigs around the inner and outer edges.
Add a restrained amount of fresh cranberries and optional pomegranate.
Fill larger gaps with additional cheese, fruit, nuts, or crackers.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate the perishable ingredients briefly and add crackers shortly before serving.
