Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and black pepper. Toss with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes, then flip and cook another 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Reduce the heat and add butter and garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Return the chicken to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley before serving.
